Improvement all round..

Very nice!

So much better up front and in the rear..............

Front- New grills ala E92...no more "moustache"
Front - New Bumper looks more masculine
Front - Hood different???
Front - wider wings??? Looks like it....

Rear - Lights look fresh and bigger, so the "pinched" look has been eradicated.

Overall - NiCE

Hopefully, the new 320i engine with Di is offered for new FL versions.......

Just my take.

I think the 'back' button for the iDrive will be pretty useful.... instead of having to scroll and click your way up to the 'back' icon like now....

The front wings don't seem to be wider.

However, the wing mirrors are definitely larger to meet some Euro standard or something.. maybe someone can enlighten.

Wonder when they will release a M-tech kit for the FL sedan...

rear is an improvement
interesting bonnet curves
side mirrors are pudgy looking
grille slightly bigger..
idrive knob more like mercs now

The facelift is more subtle compared to the E46 changes.

yeah, prefer the current side mirror, more streamline. Maybe BMW received too many feedback that the current one is too small and can't see enough !

Thanks for sharing Sam. I agreed that the mirrors a bit of elephant ears. Prefer the current mirrors.

Haha, I thought the BMW "learnt" their lesson with the E46 and the stock elephant ears when they switched to a more streamlined set of mirrors for the E90. Now they are reverting back to the big ass mirrors again!

the mirrors may be to fulfill some safety requirement.. but it does look funny.

the kidney grille looks good. front bumper a bit too busy for me... rear lights growing on me...

pretty good i must say..
