i believe its COIL BOOSTER and not OIL BOOSTER. i have installed this mod and its power you can feel if you know the power of your car very well. Otherwise, its not so easy to feel it. Having said that, i would recommend to change to better sparks before insalling this. What this basically does is give better arcing to your sparks. SO if u have good sparks=Better yield for coil booster to reflect the performance.

i did mine after sprintbooster. Defintely can feel it if u understand ur cars power.

thanks elmariachi. the reason why i m asking is after adding the sprintbooster, i experienced 2 'uncomfortable' ride feeling. i am thinking if the coil booster would help.
1. my ride redline without hesitation (which is great!), i almost feel like there is no such thing as low-end torque already as i will always be above 2-3 rpm most of the time. so i am wondering where would the smoothness comes in with the coil booster?
2. sometime, on revving, i would totally removing my foot from the accelerator. somehow felt that the engine gear 'stucked' at 3rd gear and car suddenly felt 'draggy' at high 3-5k rpm. funny feeling, but got used to it. (bo bian, heavy foot) would the coil booster 'normalize' this uneven draggy feeling?

1. Ask Bernard for my cars dyno. He used mine to base the power. I gained 5nm of torque across all the RPM ranges so i guess it wud help in ur low end torque as well.
2. Never felt that before but with the coil booster you would be more immersed in redlining the biatch as its not painless torture for the car anymore. At least to me its true.

can you post pics of these? I'm from the Philippines. Anyway for me to order this? My car's a valvetronic as well, and though I have gruppe m intake, iridium sparks, full supersprint exhaust, am still looking for what else I can do to make the car go a bit faster.

I just got mine done in the evening......OMG wat a product!!!
1. I have Sprint Booster for ultra responsive throttle response - wow
2. Obit2 - just did 2nd road tune & I oready have a big smile on my face!! bhp & Tq definately up & smoothness thru the rev with torque all the way to 5500rpm - wow wow
3. BVO Coil Booster installed, drove home & on the way did some slow & spirited driving....it's amazing what this small gadget can do! Much more punch in every gear & thru out the rev range!! - WOW WOW WOW
I strongly urge u guys to go try it man!!!

I believe the car feels "draggy" because your computer is adjusting shift points according to you more aggresive driving style. now.
it keeps the car in gear instead of shifting so that when you next step on it, the revs are in the power band

I thought I should add to this... had my servicing done yesterday... as usual.. I changed my oil (OWS Racing Oil), oil filter, Bosch Plat Super Four Plugs... fitted my OBIT II and had the coil boosters installed.... what can I say... power delivery and torque felt from the butt was linear and smooth...
What a pleasure to drive...

someone mentioned it brings better arcing to your spark plugs.
Not trying to be a wet blanket here, but just like to hear from experts. Would better arcing produces a higher temperature in our cylinders?
