dont put deisel oil in it, no no no

U can get engine flush, Wynns make it, probably many others too.

Check the PCV . Most lightly it is clogged. E46 318/320 is well known for sludge bucket.

Dont use diesel...NO NO..Dont use Wynns corrosive engine flush. typically lasted for 5 minutes. Usually it is Kerosene based. YOu will never flush them out fullly later.

calling tlkchew. you might want to have a read on this before attempting to flush your engine with diesel lube.
