Open Letter Gone Missing?

hi there, newbie here. saw an open letter to PML by a member who has 2 × 7 series aptly named yin and yang some months ago. had wanted to check if our fellow member had his problem resolved but could not find that thread. anyone here knows if all's well and the outcome of that repair job?

um... interesting how the this original thread went missing suddenly together with the 2 x 7 series that were last seen at PML?!

haha hey guys,

wait wait wait.

1) the letter thread was deleted. it wasn't nice of me to have openly posted that private letter.
2) the two 7ers haven't disappeared. they are safely parked in my garage.
3) pml handled this situation extremely well in the end. both parties are very satisfied. mr. friend and mr. brown were very helpful.
4) both cars have been fixed to satisfaction.

just to clear doubts.

Robert Friends dealt with your case? I was speaking (then turned into a complaint) to a lady at PML on the phone earlier this week, she mentioned Robert Friends had left the company?! Did she BS, again?
