I was suppose to collect my car today.. Went down in the evening.. QC fail again.. My ride has been stuck in Munich for 4 weeks.. Best.. 4th time this year I go down for collection but make wasted trip because of the same job..simply speechless be it myself or my SA..

Holy crap, that's really bad. Did they tell u it's ready but u rejected it or that they never even tell u it failed their internal QC?

They told me it's ready.. With full awareness of my expectations.. When I QC myself in their presence, they acknowledge its not acceptable..

You're a patient man. Others would have taken some serious action already.

They told me it's ready.. With full awareness of my expectations.. When I QC myself in their presence, they acknowledge its not acceptable..

For the trouble ask them send to ah long to do the job!

cos respray boot and bumper which i sent in during 1st week oct.. when suppose to collect, colour was neither gloss nor frozen.. and this was the dunno how many times issue.. it was an outstanding job for my blotched respray for rear boot due to bubbling.. so i requested to redo front bumper front fenders, bonnet and rear boot again.. that took until today cos told them to do it slowly and carefully.. i inspect today.. bonnet fail, bumper got particles trapped.. so its gonna take another week at least

ya.. cos too many times already.. i just nego with them nicely for specials requests.. no point getting angry already.. cos they see me also paiseh.. lol...

What I hate the most about munich auto is that we M cars owner are
not given priorities to servicing or bookings

because they are just too busy with the non m that is not even bought from munich

I am under the impression that there is priority, eg always have one hoist reserved for m cars

Does Munich deal only in M cars?

If not, then how does Munich "prioritise" non-M cars sold by them? Second tier?

They sell M performance cars as well. I am not aware of them discriminating between M and M performance cars. It would not be appropriate to do so I feel. No sense making their M performance customers feel like 2nd class citizens. Non Munich cars on the other hand is another story.
