I heard US is revising interest rate up in 2014.. Of cos This is just pure speculation.. Will know more after the US Presidential Election in Nov..

But our sibor will not match coupon rate of Perpetual Bond.

I think since tis money to invest / "play around with", its not meant to be your main source of income... so i would invest it in a business that is tied to your hobby.... i.e. if u like to cycle, set up a cycle shop etc..

so u can enjoy your hobby yet grow your money a little at the same time...
