I forgot to check previously, but it turns out Adam's team Jordans.nl - Red Camel 2 , finished first in class D1, with some quick in race laptimes around 2:21, and 503 laps completed! Did he drive under under SG flag? Where is KiddyM hahah

[Edit: VW Australia was added to the revised list as winner of class D1. Probably some timing and scoring system error or technical protest / appeal thing going on I guess]

yup that was also under spore flag, coz registered through SMSA, so Singapore should be proud of such a stellar international showing. This is simply amazing. But i think that LTA(NS) Gerald Tan is the only singaporean in this year's participants. hehehe.

Haha thanks for the support guys appreciate it. Was a great experience racing 24 hrs. We did not have the fastest car do we ran a very conservative strategy which paid off in the end! It's not a 24min race neither is it a 24 lap race it's 24 hours! Anything and everything can happen. In the end the result was shiok

appreciate it. Was a great experience racing 24 hrs. We did not have the fastest car do we ran a very conservative strategy which paid off in the end! It's not a 24min race neither is it a 24 lap race it's 24 hours! Anything and everything can happen. Gerald, you must be so sian of tracking your own car in a club trackday but you MUST come and give the newbies some orientation laps, and perhaps go set some benchmark times for some of the other guys who are pushing for improvements, and give some tips. Will be useful for all of us. can?

hey Shawn! Thanks for your support man. I should be conducting a lesson during the trackday so I should be there..but there maybe a race that weekend (Singapore Touring Car Challenge 2011 Race 1 - http://www.smsa.org.sg/calendar.php ) If no race, I will be at the track coaching.
