I see jawzsg cycling a few times near his house. He very kuai one, observe all traffic rules etc..........coz his whole family behind. But he didn't know I saw him beo the PRC girls at traffic junction

Police and DPP need to o for refresher course.

Ah longs can also learn something here ..... Don't whack up the bugger. Use an electric bicycle to run them or their family over. Sure ok one for now.

Yes it's getting ridiculous really.. I was once fined for this. I had an LTA approved exos, paid a bomb as merchants are happy to fleece us for such. It cracked at the joints after a couple of years of use and I had it welded. Mr friendly officer in white pulled me over one fine day and dragged me back for inspection.

Lo and behold.. your $3k "legal" exhaust is now illegal because u welded it! No repairs are allowed. U are supposed to buy a new piece if it cracks so they can earn another round of inspection fees. Money grubbers.. my welded once-legal exhaust is dangerous.. may explode at the face of the poor motorcyclist behind me. It's more dangerous than speeding trucks or crazy motorized cyclists because the fine is heavier u see..

These days who gives a shit about the spirit or context of how the law was derived. Exhaust modifications was rooted in emission and noise control. The fellows got o levels only with superiors that barely pass A levels or their basic degree in environmental engineering ...... What do you expect ?

Did they give a lesson that illegal exhaust modifications will cause steering problems while you were there ?

A nine-year-old girl has suffered temporary paralysis to one side of her body after she was knocked down by an electric biike in February.

According to a Shin Min Daily report, Faith Naval -- currently a Primary Four student -- was crossing the road near her school with her 12-year-old sister, Kimberly when the bike hit her.

Kimberly was quoted as saying: "I believed my sister may have been tripped the wheel of the bike, and that the bike dragged her for at least 35 to 40 metres".

After the accident, the rider of the bike was said to have carried Faith across a distance spanning a few housing blocks before laying her down on a table at a void deck.

"My sister shouting out to him to put her down but he didn't listen. He told the police later that he saw dark clouds in the sky and was afraid my sister will get drenched in the rain."

The rider's actions were believed to have caused blood to rush to Faith's brain, thus causing the swelling.

Her left brain still show signs of sweeling, and has led to the right side of her body to be immobile temporarily.

Kimberly also told the newspaper that in the one month that has passed since the accident, the rider has neither visited Faith nor offered an apology.
