Any members stay in Park Villas Rise? Today is the first day of hacking and I was there this evening to inspect it, my opposite silly neighbour claimed i parked his lot and was not too happy. Bluntly asked me to park elsewhere although the lot was along my side of the road just outside of my house... sigh... They proudly said they owned 4 cars and had been parking on that spot for ages, hinted they should be given the priority. In the afternoon, They told my wife that the seller sold the house because they do not have a 3rd parking lot. Who on earth will do that? From what I know, the seller owns only 1 car. It's going to be difficult for us to deal with them in future and hence, checking if any members stayed there for long and heard of this. Appreciate feedbacks.
