Yup, it will fit. It comes with the metal cap as well as the black rubber piece (as shown on the UUC website). Bought it as spare but realised that I don't need it anymore. You can choose to use it with or without the metal cap. The advantage of using the metal cap is that you get a stiffer joint but you may have to put up with some vibration for awhile until the thing breaks in. If you use it without the metal cap, it's like stock except that the UUC rubber is much much harder than stock. So, it will last much longer. I personally like things to be stiff...haha. Sale price $150.

1. Jim Confortti Carbon Fibre CAI with heat shield. For E39 only. This is about the best heat shield money can buy. Completely seals out the hot air from the engine bay. $300
2. Bracket for first aid kit below seat - $10. E39 only
3. Philips Blue Vision bulbs (H7) - $10/pair (2 pairs available)
4. Phlips Diamond Vision bulbs (H7) - $30/pair
5. CCFL for E39 - $230 (E39 and possibly E36). These are the white flourescent rings. Brand new, never installed and still in the box.
6. Korean brand H7 HID lights - $100 (E39 only). Easy DIY installation. 1 of the ballast is a bit temperamental, may need to off and on a couple of times before it cuts in.
7. Sliding arm rest, beige colour - $350 (for E39 only). Stock arm rest can only open upwards to reveal a tray. This ones slides forward plus opens upwards, including the tray.
8. M5 rear valance with dual cut-outs to fit quad exhaust tips - $150 (E39 only). Brand new, never installed. Fits M-bumper only.
9. Hagus E36 M3-style side mirrors - $200 (E39 only). Used. Comes with base-plate and motors. See pic
10. Shadowline tape - $40. New roll, unopened. If you are not sure how black window frames look like on your car, then this is for you. Enough tape to do at least 3 cars.

Hey Roland,

I saw Gabes car and it is a really hot ride. The rims are crazy and the Recaro seats are spot on in the E39 cabin.

I too got the rear difusser from Gabe and some other stuff. have you slapped on the M5 kit yet?

Here are the most recent pics of the rear of my ride. Shadowline tape was a really good addition to black out my ride!!!

I got the quad exh done at my local welding shop in Sunway. Cost me RM 500. I copied this version where I got the pic from the web. I did regret that I sprayed the plumbing black and the paint was not heat resistant. Have to respray it again. Besides that kinda happy .

Discovered that the condition is not as good because of poor storage. Will consider a swop with your arm rest (black preferably) if it is in good condition and you are exporting your car.
