Pivot 3 Drive - e-throttle controller - on E90

hi guys,

just to share with u all my fuel consumptions after installing the Pivot 3 Drive - e-throttle controller.

comes with a small LCD display for settings.
has 3 different modes of Economy, Normal and Sports.
installations was fast, plug and play.
sports mode is fun. abit of G-force when high rev.

using the ECO mode 3, HKS open pod
based on :
Caltex RON 97, half tank 260KM +/-
Shell V Power, half tank 300 - 320KM
Shell RON 97, half tank 320KM +/-

note: i sometimes floor the throttle and tried my best to drive gently on highways.

please share with me what are ur fuel consumptions???

Im using my right leg to control.. Averagely 300km @ half tank. Pump hum piao 98.

Lately weather very hot thus only hit 280km @ half tank.

I am also using it, but the earlier version. My Fc half tank around 300-330km.

from ur pics, i am guessing u r using 19 inch rims?
i am on 18 inch, 225 front, 245 rear.
planning to go 8J and 9J

I am also using it, but the earlier version. My Fc half tank around 300-330km.

great~!, it means my FC is normal.
i hit before 400km with half tank once only.
no idea how i managed to achieved it.

Yes on 19" staggered.
18" staggered rubber size should be front 225/40/R18 rear 255/35/R18.
JJ from front 8JJ to 8.5JJ rear 8.5JJ to 9.5JJ
Try not to bother too much on FC once u mod.. Cos both never meet eye to eye one..

I was on 18" rim and was able to achieve 10km/l, but once on 19" 235/35/R19 the FC go down to 8.5kmk with Velocity install.

r u saying the FC went down due to 19 inch or Velocity or both?

Should be both since the wider tyre of 19 has more contact to the Tarmac and velocity which just changing the throttle response to make you step harder and use more fuel. For better gauging the FC, isn't full tank the best yardstick? Anyway, pump 97 Ron from Malaysia?

My 320 on 18 inch pump 95 full tank can get about 700 km plus minus at best with 50/50 driving. No velocity installed

how?? how did u get 700KM per tank?
my full tank is usually 500 +++ KM

Me very ngeow on driving, gentle tapping, coasting etc etc....
hahaha... Getting 630-650 average on the F10 with 20 inch, hence 700 ish for my E90 is no great feat.
