Planning a BMW 118i 5DR Purchase.

Hey Peeps,

Is the STA or Vicom evaluation test prior to the purchase worth the effort? My main concerns are the engine, gearbox, chassis and aircon. Not too bother about the usual wear and tears parts.

Or is it better to send it to a pro-BMW workshop to check instead? Any recommendations?
