1) Bro Sprawler - Victim 1
Seller was claiming that he was selling a original Msports kit from MA and he could even produce MA invoices.
As i was working to dekit the lights he got from me, i noticed the kit looked like its from J's magic which i asked him and he confirmed it.
Coincidentally, Bro Centurion9990 received a sms from this seller that claims its MA kit which i advised him not to get as i had doubts abt the authenticity of it.
Unfortunately, Bro Sprawler bought it and at J magic, he discovered its indeed a kit from them and not MA as claimed. Story's pretty complicated with police reports made by the seller against Bro Sprawler for harassment (ya rite, fake address then MIA, then sprawler finds him, he call cops say sprawler harass him). Luckily, the IO heard Bro Sprawler's case and have launched further investigations.
Seller in the end refunded him and gave his kit to him to shut him up.
J's magic name quoted...

2) Bro Hengster - Victim 2
Bro Hengster got the exos from the seller.
Seller claims its eissenman sports, legal and got cert so closed the deal.
so after a month of father hospitalised, going overseas to work and numerous appt to meet at VICOM, seller never turned up and there was no cert.
to rub salt into the wound, Bro Hengster earlier went with seller to C workshop that sold the exos, the salesman can claim invoice which stated Eissenman Race was a typo, and that it was sports.
Bro Hengster after many visits to LTA, managed to get LTA to confirm, that exos was indeed a Race and there was never any record of it in LTA records.
who is C workshop? name and shame la....isn't C workshop in cahoots with seller to 'pretend' that the exhaust sold was an eisenmann sport exhaust instead of eisenmann RACE??? name.... please name... I confirm will avoid such unscrupulous vendor.
why the inconsistencies?? first para named a rival sponsor.... next paragraph describing another workshop... use code...
btw....bimshop sells spoilers.... so does J's magic.... so the conspiracy theories.... OMG!!! and the plot thickens
what so
'unfortunate' about having bought a j's magic derived product? what can someone of normal intellect derive / infer from this statement? so what if they aren't authentic OEM BMW m sport / m performance (or whatever the official name is), does it mean that those bodykits CMI??
I thank bimshop, sprawler and hengster for contributing and post their thoughts in the fraud case post... for sharing these experiences.
I fully wholeheartedly agree with everyone that the seller had full intentions to deceive buyers.... then name and shame him then?!! why use acronym? 'XP...?? excuse my language but who the F is XP??
I have no affiliations with j's magic nor any site sponsors here.... but for 1 site sponsor to name another site sponsor in his post in such light seriously casts wrong PR light on the receiver.... hence the title of this post... wanna play fair, post fair.
why didn't sprawler do further research on the kits before buying? I'm sure original kits have some sticker pasted on the inside to authenticate?
yes, sure the bodykit failed his criteria.... cos.. he thought he was buying a real BMW m sport bodykit but ended up with a 'replica'...so he buay song.
eventually what happened to that bodykit?
was it installed on sprawler's car?
is sprawler happy with the kit (if its installed)?
