I word it lazy, dishonest, deceiving, vandalisim, ridiculous.
Maybe I small fly not driving a 7 series or maybe my 335 is like a speed of a 318. maybe I am not a minister maybe I do not have 5/10 BMWs ...
I have write in to BMW asia and they too cannot be bother to reply my emails. Untill I sent my email to AG cc BMW Asia, they wayang and acknowledge my email with a Letter.
Sad to say they are doing a job and not passionate about servicing the BMW community.

When you collect your car from PML and during warranty and you hear weird sound, they ask you to come the next week cos of holiday. Next week you go ... they adjust and you find the sound softer ...
1 month later the sounds come back, you go back and confront them and they say I am going for holiday so ask you come back 1 week later ...
Cant wait so spend 800 dollar (exclude labor) from my pocket to purchase part and do outside ...

If a warranty does not warrant your car parts then why bother giving it in the first place ?
Still got the cheek to say tensioner pulley and belt is changed by pml but these are wear and tear parts so why give me under warranty ? worse then sim lim ...
then end of the day it is the crank shaft pulley as the main problem but pml adjust and adjust till minimise the sound ... that was the source of the problem ... which they do not want to admit ...
Tell them not to touch DME and they did .... then car becomes weird ... so give us crap excuses .... blame it on BMW asia or BMW but never blame PML themselves that they screw our cars....
Smoke, lie, empty promise, disappearance, vandalism is all about PML ....
First car and get such crap from them ... Its okie I learn the hard way now and in future I get a PI car and shun from PML ..
Wah bro,I couldnt agree with u more cos my car situation's exactly like urs..worse still,I was shocked to see the abysmal technical knowledge and ability of the mechanic and CSA in troubleshooting my car when I came to them earlier for a noise issue coming from my engine which was STILL not resolved after being charged an exorbitant $200 for replacing a claimed "broken" air filter pipe which was so called causing the noise..I mean,would u consider taking 2 other cars of the same model,parked them side by side my car and trying to replicate the sound problem my car was facing "Troubleshooting"????And even have the cheek to tell me that the sound could be due to the characteristics of the engine when the other 2 cars did not sound even remotely like mine??? What a bunch of jokers!!All they do is standing in front of the cars,looking blankly at the engines without even trying to figure out what could be the source and simply expecting me to accept back my ride without having to give explanations to my questions to them...One word sums it all: PATHETIC!!!
