3 years 100k about there for f10 ba, if you take into account of interest.

Car loan>income is 100% possible, as long as you have a rich or stable guarantor.

Today I left early for work. Yet got stuck in massive jams all the way. So despite leaving super early before the sun was up, I hit the gantries at the peak periods due to the jams.

Not complaining about ERP. But perhaps I should sell off my rides and lease a car to let it break down in SG's traffic.

bro relax man....90 percent of the work force returned today, 90 percent of parents with vehicle will send their kids to school due to the islandwide rain....I am sure 90 percent of the people also got stuck in massive jams too....so just relaz......and drive safe.....
