To be really frank, I go PI because the price is within my budget ( Quite far off compared to Agent). Of course, I have been ridiculed by many because it's a PI car when they go wholesome Agent route.
Warranty stories I have heard many scary ones and also those that went kaput ( super bad).
Still when it's 2 AP ROO savings, it's a no brainer and like what some say, BMW is not that bad in quality. This current car being my 3rd Bimmer instilled some confidence I guessed.
So when my 8 day old car has issues and I got extremely good service, of course I had to be fair and praise. =)
But different times of day/different people/different workshop has different stories. So maybe luck plays an important part if nothing else matters?
There are not many warranty providers for PI =) also a site sponsor.

Yup, your service manager have contacted me and I got my car back, but he have not give me any explanation on anything. My 1st experience is really a funny one. I do not know to laugh at you guys or myself. I was there and I have to wait 30 min for the sales rep to get the invoice done. Nvm, he told me that his boss, your service manager, told him to charge me for the coding for the auto start/stop function. I told him that my sale rep who sold me the car told me its free, I just have to bring my car in... So I called the one who sold me the car and let him talk to the person who is servicing my car... They were like debating on the phone infront of me.. LOL... Nvm... When I went to the counter to collect my key and do the remaining payments, they charged me an additional of 170$?? I took out the invoice which I got and showed them, my remaining balance is 26$. They was like checking is GST included, work man fee included.. Like I want to cheat them... LOL... Conclusion, on the outside, BMW looks dope, but internally, its a mess...

Too fast To furious until wrong parts ~
I would say at least no dog eye. (Personal feel) Car from PML thus abit unfair for MA if warranty claim issue. Issues iron out asap or best possible time only set back is not replacement car.
As for PML, its like fishing.. Need to wait & super difficute to speak with upper deck. No choice but to suck thumb as its just an entry level 3er to them..

nothing is unfair to MA if they want to accept PML bimmer for warranty claim. MA cannot say they are doing a favor. it is their biz decision. MA should act as BMW AD 100% and nothing less.

Pardon me asking, but this means any defects with a new car from any dealer ( PML or PI?) , Munich will repair and claim from BMW? Sorry not too familiar.

why u say PI car owners are illegitimate sons?
Our cars are properly born from Germany as well leh...and direct into Sg thru an agent's imports, so we are Direct Sons
The PML/MA ones are the adopted sons.
Only in Sg do adopted sons get treated better.
