Snatch theft causes ruckus | The New Paper

Yesterday evening, as I was passing by that area on the way to PML Alexandra, I saw 1/2 a dozen police vehicles - trucks, cars, mobile command posts, and more than a frigging battalion of our best boys in blue combing the forested areas of Sixth Avenue & Laurel Wood Avenue.

I thought simi LJ happened, someone got killed? Murder? Dismembered?

Until I read the TNP this morning and realised that it was a snatch theft case involving a girl & her laptop.

Rich man's area, Police action very fast.

I'm happy for Brobot & jasonmaxima - their safety is 100% guaranteed.

Recently a few remotes cases....1 house break-ins at greenleaf / old holland road area, 1 molest case along park connector around mt sinai, 1 theft of groceries from shopping trolley at Bukit timah plaza.

The area infested with crime.... Housing prices should tank....

I think buy merc vito transform into mobile home, live like hill billy trailer park white trash....

Oh, I know that one. Not too bad, but a bit ex. I usually buy from a shop near Fong Seng (NUS Pasir Panjang) or Ghim Moh Market. Cheap and good.

Dun need to pay so much for shells to kneel on.....
