I have bought 3 BMWs from PML at 303 Alexandra Rd over the last 15 years and bringing my car in for servicing never fails to be a really bad experience. Having a regular experience is a rarity.
It’s not that the service staff are rude. But despite the expansion into another workshop next door and renovation of 303, the Centre is still very poor is giving customers the right estimation of waiting time and coordination. U can book a appointment at 8am (first appt) but get to see the advisor only at 8.30pm. On the same day, the advisor can tell u tt the car wld be ready after 530pm. And when u get there at 6pm, the counter staff told u that the wait is at least 20mins and before you know it, it’s 40 mins later. You kind of wish tt they had informed you tt it might be better to pick up the car after the normal hours (which is possible).
In the same experience, the advisor was also unable to communicate properly via msging and required a phone call to sort out minor details. You almost feel like people with busy schedules should not be buying from performance motors.
And the experience has been consistently bad through my 15 years with PML. Need to remind myself the next time I buy a new car.
