Poor workmanship

I did a replacement/repair of my left skirting a few months back.
This is from one of the recommended shops in the east.

I was happy with the work.

However, recently, I discovered that the skirting is now slightly off and bulging out a little (1-2 mm) compared to the other side. It is only "flexible" in that I can press it in while the other side is stiff.

It's more than 6mths and i believe the original repair warranty is void :(

Any recommendations? Go back to original shop or seek other shops?

which workshop...just say it out here...

Re: Poor workmanship

Honestly, I doubt that you want to go back again. Its been 6mths since the time u got it fixed and you got to be fair with the workshop too.

Re: Poor workmanship

Hi dejavu,

Just to clarify, was the replacement a full replacement including the clips that hold the side skirts? If the clips were reused, it may explain why the sideskirt did not hold up after a while.. Just a possibility.

Aiya just say the name lah....then let the shop come out n explain themselves lor. Like E90post, kekeke

Re: Poor workmanship

just realised u said a few months back....

for a few months... many things should have happen...

your dog might have bitten it...

you might had hit something...

someone may have bumped or kicket it...

its just the bracket or clips inside..no big deal...

Re: Poor workmanship

even PML repaired, a few month later means anything possible.

important is get it repair, can try drive back to the shop to check with them if it can repair. if its jus clip issues, jus get it sort out. they might do it out of good will. on the house.

if its Mike shop, he honor customer feedback. if is their fault I don't see why such a simple case he will dodge.
