IMHO, head should roll. It seems like there is no stress test done on worst case scenerio. Even the most far-fetched scenerio could happens nowadays.

Even aunties in the market selling vegetable knows that the weather is getting worst in the recent years. Don't know why those scholars could not figure it out and implement better infrastructure to prevent or reduce the possibility of flood.

Anyway, we have all experience it all.. they will only react when things happen.. when nothing happens, all is well, they just wait for 10th of every month..

It's actually the change in the moon's path that affects the gravitational pull between Earth and Moon and hence the sea level. This causes flooding. Unfortunately this is act of nature and we can't change anything.

Look out for the next flood, the authorities will prove me right.

Just went to King Albert Park MCD for a drink - LTA cordoned off section of Bukit timah Road such that its impassable - Farrer Road to Namly Ave.

Its like they are trying to anticipating something .............

Looks alright at Duchess Road to Bukit Timah Road. Didn;t see any debris left behind. So I think it was spared for this round.
