Company can say that is an incentive trip for the employee. The employee can bring his friends along which is considered personal. Anything other activities happen in the room can be paid y cash.

I already tell you all, KTV trips, no need to worry....

Payer can claim against company (P&L attributed against entertainment/expenses).

Payee can declare as distributor/agent/client entertainment/dinner/drinks to management.....
