Questions regarding F10 528i

Hi guys I just gotten my 528i for about 3 weeks now. I have a few questions that I hope some gurus here can enlighten me on:

1.) fuel consumption on I drive says 8.3km/L, I'm not here ranting about the high consumption to me consumption is OK but just want to know if its normal for this car. Because if its not at least I can push back to the dealer and ask them to check. I will upload the pictures along with this post.

2.) weird belt or fan noise when moving slowly around 20-40km/h. Noise will be alot louder when car is in Eco pro. When it's in comfort I can still hear it and it's super irritating.

I'm running on 20inch rims. Roughly 30% highway 70% City.

The weird noise sounds abit like those old car when their power steering not enough fluid. Whining sounds. Sounds become more prominent when accelerating. Thanks in advance guys!

i think your fuel consumption is quite normal, nothing to be alarmed about.

Mileage is 120k. Yeah, was wondering if its the belt. Thanks for the advice bro!

At 120k, sure have wear and tear here and there. Yeah, better send for check just to be safe. Won’t want to be stranded on the road due to a stall.

Nope. It's still there. The only "fix" is to on the stereo louder. Haha

Did you manage to find out the cause?
By the way, 20 inch is a very big rim to use for this car, I wouldn’t go beyond 18

The mechanic said something about the previous owner removed a cover for the aircon or something. I think more or less is BS. Went to a workshop that the dealer appointed.

Rims wise I think 20" is not enough eh. Wanted to go 21 but I think it will burn a big hole in the pocket. Haha
