+1 First usage was good, as time goes by, wiper causing problems..Wiper will not be able to glide smoothly, the product causing too much friction. Thus, i use it on all windows except my front windscreen, mirror not recomended cause itz stated in the menu.

u will experience rubber squeeking against the windscreen issues over time. normal glass clearner shouldbe sufficient.

Re: Rain X

oh sh*t , I didnt know it'll damage the wipers. I shld stop using it man.

Re: Rain X

you can "scrub" it off your windscreen using green wool (the green portion of your dishwashing sponge). Otherwise it will take some time to go away. and your wiper will keep "shuddering" when wiping due to the friction.......

Re: Rain X

Believe it or not, newspapers works wonders.

Re: Rain X

yup, even Mcdonald's aunties use it to clean their glass panels...tried and proven!!! haha but most of us lazy bums, thinking of dumping some magical liquid into the wiper reservoir and squish the wiper and voila....

I think you driving at 130 in a heavy downpour is more attributable to your tires than rainX. RainX can't stop hydroplaning.

What's the reason eh Vince?
The menu said Rain-X is not suitable for treated mirror. I don't know what is it called, something like anti-glared stuff not suitable.

Re: Rain X

Oh ok... prolly will corrode away the anti-glare properties of the glass.
