Shocking video of Range Rover crashing through bikers after they surround the vehicle during annual street ride | Mail Online

Surrounded by bikers after a bike played brake check with him. In fear for the safety of his wife and 5 month old baby in his car he ran them over and got chased by the bikers for a distance before getting caught up and beaten in front of his wife and baby. All these because he beep the horn at the bikers. What would you do if you were in that situation?

Try driving on SLE and BKE coming from the Causeway in the mornings. Some are simply nuts.

wat do u xpect the poor driver to do with 50 bikers punking him. I wud prob reverse once I was in the jam...n take down more of those behind....

What would I do if I were the driver? Stay away from trouble, given that my wife and my kid are inside the car.

What would I do if I were one of the rider? Chase and not let the driver get away.

I have encountered huge groups of long distance riders on NSH before. very early..7 am. 30-50 bikes type. prob heading to KL or penang with box cases on the sides. they do take up mostly 2 lanes...since they r going at 150kmh. sometimes I come up pretty fast from like 200kmh. you c them from far....I start to drop my speed and when im close enough....I keep a safe distance.

always they will start to slowly filter left and let u cross. then I will just casually wave n say thanks....and pick up my speed not too obnoxiously...once in awhile one or 2 of them bikers will peel off n give u a short friendly run.

I agree soft skills r important. but I think in this clip...we really dunno what happened before that. also in this scenario...the driver have only 1 option. flee for his and the family's life. I wud prob start reversing at high speeds n run some of them over. u just cannot come to a full STOP.

that road is the road that takes u out of manhattan on the west of NY..the left side is the Hudson river. fking bikers behaving like forum gangstas...

if you ask me, oblivious driver to begin with messing with a bunch of bikers...
in the midst of panic he also forgot to lock his doors the first time they got to him.. i am sure he also wet his pants..
well... he will own guns after this!

Video cannot see clearly what happened. The video is posted by a biker who showed the world what he wanted the world to see. There are many other bikers with video camera. They should also show their videos.

But I agree that soft skills help in this case. But if it doesn't help, in the worst case scenario, then I will react like what Toto said. I would go to jail in order to protect my family. But this is last resort of course.....

From this video, my first impression is the biker with the cam no GUTS!!!
first one to speed off and then keep turning back to see if he got his bikers to back him up..when close to the range rover, he slows down to direct others to overtake him. See his fellow biker friend kanna run over again, he do nothing but just sit on his bike...
