Anyone here knows where to patch up punctured Run Flat tyres ?

How much does it cost ?

You can patch it at any tire shop like a normal tyre. The only thing is that the manufacturer will not guarantee it as a run flat tyre after that.

Think its best not to patch any sort of tyre especially run flats and if you do aggressive driving. you never know what can happen.

it safe not to patch run flats as the internal system of the tire is different from conventional ones. there is an inner wall that collapses to overly the hole in the tire in which even if u patch it up, the internal wall is still broken and like MRacer77 said, u never know what will happen.

so can i say that the only way to do is to change a new tyre ? that would be very expensive if it is just a flat tyre .

Yeah run flat tires seem to be only providing short term solution. As tire punctures, u can continue driving the car then dunno wot to do with the tires anymore..But assuming if it wont run flat in the future, at least it's still a tire you can possibly patch up to use like regular tire...

actually friend have a flat tyre , went for patching and that bill was scary. that's why check with members for solution. Thanks

You still need to change your tire in the end... patching should not cost you much... max 50 bucks!

bro, i dont think its even 50 bucks man! should be abt 10-20 bucks only. unless patching in more than 2 places.

Coming back to this case, does anyone believe that it cost more than a few hundred dollars just to patch up run flat tyres. anyone have any comments on this.
