Both my rotor and pad of E60 got to change every 30k km...Haiz!!!

When i was driving E39, i used Textar pad & Brembo Max rotor. Pad at least 40k. Brembo Max is lighter than stock rotor.

Same here.

Nowadays there are a lot of poor driving skill drivers on the road. Ppl who can't use throttle to control the gap btw cars.

I drive my E60 for 9+ years and never had to change rotors. Had to change my brake pads and sensors around 30K km too.

That's why I wonder LCI E60 rotor got worn out faster than the Pre FL issit...

Again PML SA said it is normal to change pad n rotor every 30k km...Haiz...

Definitely not normal to change brake rotors every 30K km, something must be wrong or misaligned that could cause the rotors to wear out so fast.

My rotors were still good at close to 200K when I sold my previous beeeeemer.

The SA told me normal lor...

He said E60 LCI is like that...

And PML dun do skimming rotor so must replace...HaiZ!

Does the stock pads come with brake sensor which is integrated into the pads or a separate part?

The sensor is a separate item.

Tot it was similar to my other conti cars where its integrated.

So do I need to change that part every time I replace pads?
