Recommended Engine Oil

Dear All,
For context
2011 Bmw F10 523i N52 with 150k mileage and due for servicing soon.
Wanted to try Liqui Moly but don't know which series to use.
There are so many different series within Liqui- Molygen, Top Tec, High Tec.Can anyone share your experience and advise which to recommend? I believed I should use 5W40. Some WS recommend 5W30 too.

Bro you shouldn’t be that concerned about viscosity. Go for LL01 approved oils instead.

Must we follow the Bmw LL01 & LL04?
Top Tech is BMW LL04 while F10 523i requires BMW LL01.

LL04 is meant for countries where petrol has low sulfur content.
SG petrol has high sulfur content hence LL01 is recommended. You can use LL04 just that the change interval has to be shortened. From around 10k down to 4-5k.
