IMO i think it depends on your back box, some back box can give u a better torque or some can give u a loss.....i think you should give it a try, if it gives u a loss in torque then u should fit it back..
I'm not sure about SS, but my Eisenmann on my Z4, I removed the resonators and it seems to give me a better low end torque. It is all depend on the back pressure the exhaust.
Not sure bout LTA, cuz im not in ur country...

i replaced everything with supersprint parts after my stock headers. SS cat comes with o2 sensor hole so no problem with 'check engine' light coming on. noticeable increase in power, but not sure if it will pass emission testing in your country.
