i dont know abt that....but i read from websites that the BMW 2 series 2.0l turbo engine fits perfectly into the E46 318.....POWER!!!

There's a 3l 6 pot engine on sale on Alpina's website. Its supposed to be brand new (demounted from a Z4 model).

Their technical specs states that its possible to mount it on a 330. Since 330 and 318 share the same platform, I wonder if its possible to mount it on a 318 :screwedu:

If its possible, which workshop has the expertise to do it? I'm also wondering what customs will say when the engine is delivered into the port :ehhh:

possible but difficult. you will need a new torque converter, and new air intake and MAF since the z4 MAF is of a different version from the e46. all other fitments in the engine bay has to be bought as well as radiators, wipers tanks, etc all different.
