Retrofit E60 550i Brake Caplipers and Rotors to 525i

Hi all, has anyone done this ?
Is it straight swap or need modifications to the caliper carrier brackets.
I am on 19s and the stock brakes look so tiny behind the rims. The 348 and 345 rotors will look so much better.
More for aesthetics than anything else.
Any input appreciated.

We’ve done it for the F10 ... for that project it was a direct bolt on.

Chances are it might be the same with the e60.
