Midweek and a gentle reminder to all who are sending their cars for servicing to get your technicians to look at your car's basic consumables like Spark Plugs and filters. If they look anything like those in the pictures please get them replaced!
Clogged air filters restrict air flow which equates to poor fuel consumption.
Choked Aircon microfilters do not protect your loved ones in the cabin from harmful contagens.
Worn Spark plugs will not contribute to a more complete combustion in your engine leading to loss of power.

The perfect customer is 1 who gives precise feedback on how his or her car is performing. With this information it makes our job a lot easier to narrow down all possible causes of faults. In this instance we detected overcharging from the alternator causing all sorts of mini mayhem within the car's system. So along with an Oil change and a thorough safety check we replaced some wear and tear items like a leaking coolant hose, worn brake pads plus a faulty thermostat......
