After COE is abolish, i have a good idea for LTA to collect ERP le any time. For e.g. CTE legal speed limit is 90km/h.

Rolling average speed over 3 mths:
> 70km/h: $0
60 - 70km/h: $10
50 - 60km/h: $20
40 - 50km/h: $30
30 - 40km/h: $40
< 30km/h: $50

ERP will be revised everytime

maybe u on engine start counting liao... then they send u a bill like our PUB bill... adjusted after u passed the ERP.

They may start using GPS in-vehicle to track where you guys go... and charge accordingly.

Not they may start, it is THEY WILL start. It is already on trial.

Pix posted by wt_know is funny but it will eventually appear comically like that in 2015/16, seriously. They r resolving all blind spots in SG first (for e Satellite ERP system) before hitting down. Difference is, we don't see e physical gantries.
