Running 20" in E9X?

Looking for some advise from the experts here.

Been seeing many 20" being installed on E9X non-M in the E90post.com. Example of the tires specs used are 235/30/20 and 285/25/20.

Has anybody tried installing 20" here in their E9X non-M rides? What are the cons compared to 19"? Assuming the rims got the right offset, they won't rub???

E90 alright, E92/3 risk serious rubbing on 285 rears.

Will still rub. Unless the tyre is so rounded in its shoulder block. It is the inner wheel well that is shallow, not the fender that will be rubbing......

What tyres are 265/25R20? I know CSC3 and PZero has aspect ratio 30 for 265.

I fitted the following on a friends car : E90 325I

Front : 8.5x20 ET35 with 245/30-20 Falken FK452
Rear : 10x20 ET40 with 285/25-20 Falken FK452.

Car was lowered on Euro H&R Sport Springs, no rubbing at all.

I will try to find some pics !

It all depends on size and offset of the wheels.

got to mentally n physically prepare cos 20" easy to get kerbed.... once kena heart pain.... but 20" is swee loh....
