yes, singtel allowed me to do that when my contract 20th month old...

Just called to request! My bill for this month was still outstanding.. so i had to go pay it first. just went to pay and called in to request. they say they will submit for approval and get back to me. how long do they take to get back to you? I want to get S3 tomorrow!!!

Also, have u guys tried asking for handset vouchers? How to increase my chances of getting and do you know what kind of criteria they use to grant these vouchers?

If your monthly bills are high or high end plans or you own a few lines, you could use that as your bargaining chip... or if you are a long time user, ie. 10years and more... if not just be direct, er sai give me vouchers boh?

yeah i will do that at the counter tomorrow. ask them how much is it to transfer my number to m1 first.. tell them m1 lte wider now and their phonebill is cheaper by $0.90 a month for the cheapest plan...
