Go closer and take a look inside to see the Steptronics shift gate if it's the silver one with EE ## number plate........

Anyway, to each his own, I'm not against anyone modding their rides to look like an M-car.......Although I really think if it's not the real deal then don't put the M5 or M3 badge on

If the owner kits it up to look like an M-car but left out the M5 badge, I personally think it's fine.
