Driving 2012 F30 for 3 years now and recently realize there's a rather annoying screeching noise from the arm rest while driving. Sent to PML and SA found out that the noise from armrest is caused by a worn out spring. The only way to solve it is to change the whole armrest as they don't bring in just the spring. SA mentioned that this issue is also not covered under the 3rd year warranty...
A "U" shaped Burnt mark was quite visible on one of the headlamp which is caused by the temperature of the head lights. Again, pml unable to change the headlights and was told by SA its quite a common issue and their factory have rejected number of claims as it is considered wear and tear although car life just 2 and a 1/2 years.
High pitch noise from left rear side still investigating and also not covered under warranty unless proven noise is caused by air leak.
anyone experience the same issue with their f30? rather frustrating and its seems like i just have to drive with all these issues and pml cant do anything to it. pls advise.
