a little stiffness but did not compomise the comfort. can't feel much difference for me though..

if you are looking for real stiffness for track, i suggest you go for coilover.

i'm on 19inch as well front 235/19/35 offset +35, rear 275/19/30 rear offset +33..

i'm also on m-sports too. the photo above shows m-sport change to h&r spring

Re: Selling 1 day old H&R sport spring for E90

yes, your car won't be lower just by upgrading rim size. to lower a car -> either lowering spring or coilover.

from my experience even you don't track your car. coilover its good choice for handling mods. from what i observed in forum many who upgrade to lower spring change their system 1-2yrs due to wear and tear of the absorber not the lowering spring. but not the case for coilover user. go straight to coilover if your budget allows. you will love it.

totally agreed........

cheers

Re: Selling 1 day old H&R sport spring for E90

if you are very fussy on performance and height adjustment to get the slam down look you wish for, go with coilover.
if you are looking for an affordable way to lower your car and don't mind on other things, go with lowering spring (assuming stock shock can tahan for 1.5-2yrs?)

to each its own
