Wait, let's be mature and sensible here.

First, it was a case of "rear ended." Then in VAG, it was posted that the Z4 lady "scraped" his right (rear) bumper. Not so clear cut case of "rear ended" anymore. Is there a possibilty that the "victim" filtered right and clipped the Z4 on the front left bumper? There is such possibility, though we will never know. Since I know neither side, I should remain neutral. Mature and sensible.

C3P0 was "rear ended" by someone who always claimed that he's a footballer....... :thinking::thinking:

Totally agree with you. One angry and desperate guy vs one blur sotong girl, outcome may be disastrous. The whole case is no longer "clear cut" as alleged by the complainant and even seems possible to be a 50-50. We should hear the girl's side of the story as well.

By the way, many people who drive BMWs are not even in this forum, and of those who are, girls make up 10% of the population. Do the maths, but the poor z4 lady may not even know about this issue, if it is at all as "clear cut" her fault as alleged.

My legal 2 cents brain asked this simple question after I read the sensible and matured description of the accident..

"How could the victim know the exact circumstances leading up to the rear ending from the speed of the z4 to his supposed evasive actions thought process?"

My legal 2 cents brain's answer was...His eyes were never on the road...his eyes were always on the z4.

As to why? Only he knows and we can only guess...but that's not important cos we are still trying to find out how to debadge our emblems from the boot
