In case everyone think u only listen to my side of story, I found a SMS from him on 16Aug, stated he seen the report & will go settle the rotor & will settle on 17Aug! Think never go do then found out rotor $1000 yesterday, SMS me today said I never highlight to him when collect car !!!!!!!!!!! Knn think I hai gong!

I busy man lucky keep his SMS, almost believe he just knew!!!!!!!

Tell that buyer that if he can find a virgin in Geylang, I give him full set of rotors plus pads. And I will pay for one free session.

Even if go to court he also lose, because it is not reasonable for a normal seller to know the condition of the rotors on the car he's selling. Somemore now got report and he never read carefully. He lagi LPPL.

Hitmee also say ask that guy to go s*** his...nothing.

If u sell ur car & the buyer came back after one month & demand u need change the brake rotors cos I was the one used it? How to reply him?

Firstly before the car is sold;
1. A STA inspection report was done a day before he collected the car & report stated rotor required replacement. Buyer said I never highlight to him when the report was given to him. Now he claimed he never read if not will not buy my car. In the first place, he said got 3 stars report good enough.

2. He discovered the rotor worn out after one month & claimed I am a car enthusiast & I should have replaced it when it was due long ago. In the first place I sold the car as what he viewed twice. Again he claimed I did not highlight the rotor.

3. Now ask me pay for the rotor for $1000.

I read the SMS buai tahan, how to reply him?

OT abit, simi rotor need $1000? My E90, Rotors + Brake Pads + Sensors all original... Only $1200+... Of cos I did not do at Butcher Shop PML la... Back to the topic... 2 words to describe the buyer... Heong Kah!

This kind of buyer also have. Hopefully he is in this forum because he is a LOSER! Full disclosure and still complain. If want everything swee swee then buy brand new car, don buy used. A pair of rotors how much only. Buy car also wan to make noise over 1K. No $$$ don buy. Like that ppl sign contract for wat. Ppl can just say nv read and void the contract. WTF.

The best answer. Mai Hiu Lan the fella. Don bother to even reply. waste time, waste battery and waste ur free sms.

haha then lucky for u, got evidence. Ur buyer also cheapskate la, 1K also wanna make noise. If a person buy a car, just because of worn brake rotors then he/she can base on this and don buy the car? I rather buy a car with worn rotors than another with new rotors but engine got problem. Ur this buyer relli no brains. Just ignore!

Damn his SMS really said he would not buy if he read the inspection report on rotor ! And state collect car sky was dark never read !
Now I really don't feel like replying him. If he could have message nicely without 马后炮 reason I will pay half.

I buy my the other car 2 weeks back, the seller keep tell me don't change anything , his car is perfect. But again for personal safety & worn parts , I still change. I already agreed & took over car as buyer, of course I pay la... Simi Bo highlight.. Wo Jin hot !
