Servicing at PML

Hi all,

Will be going for 1st 12K servicing. Driving 318i LCI for 6 mths now. Can share the costs, tips, avoid unnecessary charges....? Thanks!

whatever smallest discomfort you have now, raise it and put it on records... in case you want to come after them in future....e.g. seat belt retract not smooth, cup holder rocking; headlight cover got vapour stains (this one v important - can ask for replacement at end of 3rd year); air con sometimes not cold, FM radio change channel by itself, wing mirror memory not accurate, engine too loud - got kong kong sound i the morning; got hoo hoo sound at night.

Steering wheel like not round.

Hmmm... actually, those in para one above is real.

I heard today that fuel injector needs to be replaced but mine is N54 engine (3 litre twin turbo).

Sorry typo, my car's engine is N54, not N55.

Twin turbo.... then u need to replace both fuel injector otherwise the turbo also bo liao.

Replacement should be for complete set of 6 injectors. I only knew about the "recall" today but I have yet to schedule an appointment for the free replacement. I went for car spa today and as usual PML could not do more than a single thing in one day.

bro.. the recall for injector is for which car with N55?
Can share more?

haven't read any N55 with injectors issues... N54 had HPFP and injectors recalls thou

book quick service.

i rem paying only about 80.

less than 1 hr.

Sorry, typo, my car is N54 engine.

My car's HPFP has already been replaced FOC under warranty about half a year ago. Injectors are due for replacement too, also FOC under warranty.
