threathening is a strong word...
While i m in the car...he is outside...didnt bother to come out of his shelter...and expect to hear where i m going...wat make him think he can hear correctly wat i say...
In his statment...he even admits shouting :"wat the hell:at me.....
In this situation...even if a police man say this to me i also will not give face....let alone a awatch man

just stress to the judge the guard incited u to react that way bcos he's rude n blah blah blah, then take it as misunderstanding.
the so- called judge probably those old man i see at small claims tribunal, u guys meeting in some tiny room.
apologize to each other, kiss kiss make up.....voila....can go sar lau sit liao.
just don't lose temper there. looks bad on you.

Its your words against him and he put it officially in a sworn statement and maybe with his superior as his witness??? Maybe u should say my england not good and your hearing sucks..I was saying "I want to bring my friends to Geylang to bonk the girls.."
