Do note the distinctions....... knocking down an ass (like Totoseow), do NOT leave the scene !!!

The Road Traffic Act adds that failure to do likewise for knocking down cattle, a horse, ass, mule, sheep, pig or goat could be a crime too, with a $3,000 fine or a jail term of up to a year.

The same cannot be said for a cat, rabbit, monkey, bird or snake. The law is silent on running over other animals.

post tuas after first toll towards KL, sometimes u see monkeys marking around
i saw like 2-3 not long ago right in front of me...
before that, a frd hit one, monkey died, his car also, towed back n changed bumper n radiator...

MY PERSONAL APPEAL TO ALL :
Please do NOT ask the driver of that car to adopt any of the puppies as I Actually doubt he can Actuallytake good care of them. He will probably Actually run over them accidentally.
They are being fostered right now and the tiniest of the lot (4 of them) are receiving. medication and supplements.
**It doesnt make the culprit less guilty even if he got someone to go to the scene the next day to look for the puppies. Whats done is DONE. At least make a decent donation to SPCA.

Am I the netizen you are referring to? Sorry to disappoint you but I'm not. I'm just pissed that netizens are asking him to adopt the puppies. I am currently fosterin the 4 tiny paws and I really dont think Mr Ong will be a good dog owner, hence I am trying to tell the said netizens not to make such a stupid suggestion.
