Only a preview of what might be a norm in 10 years time I guess... million dollar hdb flats x_x

Just as 1000 psf for private properties was an invisible barrier in 2010, now it is a new norm. Some even see 1000 psf for decent, not great locations, as a steal.

Wonder how things will really turn out in 5-10 years' time...
