I call Munich and the reply was .... no reply from the other insurance party but will chase ... I reckon I have to bring in a Lawyer to make magic work of course on the expense of the rental company in the end.

As I m claiming him, understand he rent his car from comfort delgro.
Understand it is pretty straightforward. Any seniors got comments since it was ard 2.30pm today can't go report ...

Finally MA return my call to confirm other party confirm to our claim and will send in the car in on Wednesday for the surveyor to assess the damage prior repairs.
