Someone pls advice- engine yellow lights come out

Impressive service and knowledge, Tony show me the reading from his computer how my fuel reading is not normal, only 50% of the normal readying and even accelerate also same around 3k plus, so confirmed by him is fuel pump. Price reasonable. Collecting the car even can be today. Nice one.
 
....had asked Tony to call me 30 mins before can come he very confidently say as they closing at 7pm,I can just come over ,so I say ok will reach 6-6:30pm. Am here but car not ready...no one attending my car and so no one inform me not ready for collection...
Saw the fuel pump on the floor beside my car,asked the mechanic he say not ready...he started the engine and same thing...the rpm up and down not stable...
I mention since fuel pump no problem I will not want to replace it, was quoted with Labour and filter over $1100, he say let Tony talk to me... he not there, so see how tomorrow. I go off after that with a heavy heart
 
Tony called me back around 8+pm and he told me had make a cylinder pressure tested and cylinder 6 have a leak cause pressure is different by 10 and so has a leak. Need to replace cylinder 6 which cost will come out tomorrow morning. He say around $3k to $6k tomorrow confirm. The fuel pump is the " primary " cause and because of that major fault follow( cylinder 6).
Anyone pls advice further, if post here not so convient can WhatsApp or message me at 93821820 thanks.
Also, I got this car from dealer but is consignment car, still can apply lemon law? Should I ask the dealer or seek help from authority? Any contact number pls?

Wow, S$1100 for labour and dunno what 'filter' is a lot of money! And $3K-$6K is woah, major work! I can change my whole gear clutches plate+ tranny at that price. I wonder if resetting the ECU after changing will help? The computer will need to re-learn your driving habit.

Thank you for the inform. After the fuel pump, fuel filers and Labour $1192 had paid, drive half way same engine die and yellow light up( within 30 mins), Tony did mention that is the primary cause( fuel pump) but major fault( cylinder 6 valve leaking) cost $3.8k to replace 2 in and 2 out valav and will or not work no guarantee unless change all 24 valve($8k plus), so means plus my fuel pump total around $10k....and the valve no stock for 2-4 weeks...
 
Change and change but no guarantee... wonder how they diagnose or it is just trial and error. I encountered same thingy with the workshop before, change what they suggest but problem still exist. From then, I never step into that workshop again.

I had paid the $1.1k for fuel pump but is not convince when he say he not around when I ask him to show me the reading of the fuel from computer that after changed the fuel pump the reading is back to normal... he not around and all his man do not know how to use the computer as he claim. I will go back again and update you guys...
 
I had to deal with some personal matter at home and was not able to attend to Bro Gamemanlee the last 2 days ...

Cylinder 6 had a compression and cylinder leak down test done. That cylinder was not able to hold compression when benchmarked against the other 5 cylinders. We could also hear the sound of the escaping air out from the exhaust tail pipes during the leak down test.

I'll give you a call when I am back.

P.s My mechs don't do coding nor diagnosis with the laptop. Knowledge transfer is a challenge due to language or interpretation of the stats.

Haha,since someone ask, I have to reply. I had sent my car to elsewhere for another check. The workshop very confidently told me need to replace valve cover(cylinder head cover),even I told him that someone checked with cylinder pressure test that my cylinder valve need to replace . Min 4 cost $3850 or 24 valve $8000+....and he say by the computer is only need replace cyclinder head cover at $800+ includes Labour, I left my car there and collected it when done. And I am very glad I go for another workshop, and now no fault found, no more vibration , rpm steady,power good. Had driven for few days no problem.
