why don't you purchase an Airman tire repair kit from juzz for cars? you can search for details on this forum or PM Snowdog. my car also doesn't come with a spare and i use this instead.
a spare tire adds weight and occupies lots of space. in addition, it becomes another item that needs to be maintained/replaced pretty often. the tire repair kit is smaller, lighter, cheaper and can be transfered from car to car regardless of marque/model. and best thing is, the spare tire is a one shot deal: it can only replace one punctured tire. with the airman, you can repair as many tires as you have cans of sealant for....useful if its a long journey with other cars in the convoy.
