Sparkling Graphite

Colour is a personal thing regardless of what the majority of BMW owners have. My E90 SG was not my chosen colour and my preference was SB becoz it suited the design. Moreover, I thot it was not a popular colour and it is neither a safe nor daring colour. It was the only SG highline available and i took it.

Now, i dont think anyone can deny the fact that SG is a very nice color that reflect the multiple shades depending on the light reflections and all the stuff about the "purple" resemblence doesnt hurt the color at all..It's a very dynamic colour with lots of moods/character, markedly classy and, business-like colour.

The only downside, it is not a low-maintenance colour...it does show dirt and is quite sensitive to swirl marks.

I don't see that many SG around. A show of hands if yours is SG too.

Re: Sparkling Graphite

Would have chosen black on black if it is available then for a blackline. As for SG, didn't like the "purplish tone" but grew to appreciate it more now. Mine's SG with black leather and burl walnut...may not be the best combination....what the heck!

just curious... the ride is just a big toy, why not indent what you like, instead of restricting to current stock??

Re: Sparkling Graphite

No lah, pics downloaded from the net.
Was told that the next shipment will be late Aug, couldn't wait. Got the SG E90 in end June.
