this F10 is "44R"'s 535i, done by EleBest.

b. Any "minimal" software version for CIC needed for batch of F10? eg. YOM June 2010 onwards or later?

We really don't know which car is 100% sure the needle will move when accelerate, but we are sure, the sport display will be shown up.

c. Can ELEBEST revert this back to stock if needed (due to any warranty issue)?

Sory for all the qns but need to be re-assured and cautious since there are so many threads on software issues related to mods or even non-mods....

Anyway, have to congratulate ELEBEST for being THE GAMECHANGER here as the first (to my knowledge) to offer "freebie" mod to forummers here.

I heard someone mentioning my nick... Yes, it was successfully done by Max. Mine is a tiny little 7' screen and the idrive system is called 'champ'... The production date of my ride is Apr 2010..

Good question, talking about the warranty: this sport display is not an extra hardware, we do not dismantle/replace/remove any parts of your ride. This activation is like install an app from app store (i mean iphone), it enables one menu ite. Do you think this will void the warranty? But if you ask PML, you should know the answer .

PML will tell you...

if you wash your car, the paintwork no more warranty.
if you pump non-PML air into your tyre, your wheel and full assembly no warranty.
if you use non-PML wiper fluid, your windscreen no warranty.

JUST asking what else Max is offering free.. f10 not much to be done especially from PML

He and his team are great, down-to-earth and straightforward in the questions or mods to be done.

Only thing is space constraint in the workshop and heavy traffic around. For those who want to visit, apply sunblock or wear FATIMAH hat...!!

We never expect so hot reponse, so we are now arrange a few batches for this free service that means some of our F10 need to be arranged to next Sunday or next next Sunday. and the closing time of press "thanks" will be 23:59:59 14 July, after that you still can press it, but this around free service is no more available.
