Sprint Booster & Dyno Test

I know that the Sprint Booster does not add hp. But would it distort the result of a typical dyno test?

Nope it should not. I did my car with and without and the curves were nearly identical. Cheers!

Hi,
I dynoed my with Sprint Booster and the result is:




At 2700 RPM,shot up to max torque...over shot my torque at 5300 RPM...
At 3300 RPM,back to original torque climbing till 5300 RPM...

Can you explain why Sprint Booster would cause a spike at 2700 RPM?

it doesn't void or conflict with any warranty issue with PML right with installing this?

the csa/mechanic can tell the throttle response if he is sensitive enough

or he can just plug in the dignostic tools test and he'd be able to check the pedal travel, the amt of pedal presssed to the amt being transmitted to .. it'll be off.. he'll then know something is wrong..

yeap...i always take it out when my car is in PML...

actually it is very simple process to remove and install it.....

remove the screws attached to the accelerator pad and plug one end to the accelarator pad and another end to the pin that is attached to the floor board.

it is like plugging a Com port on ur laptop......

tools: a positive screwdriver.
