I smell another financial crisis, the smell from china, stinky as hell.
better sell everything and keep cash.
the great asset fire sale coming again similar to 2009.
ok should I buy m4 or m3 ?

if i were u, id buy 3 toyota corollas w max financing. when mkt chiong again flip 2 corollas for 100% equity gain n keep d 3rd one.

Some say everyone will do that n keep coe high, but when sh!t hits fan, everyone hands is stuck in pocket nobody dares to buy, but thats exactly d point 2 buy.
